The Air Force held public scoping meetings on Tuesday, June 25 and Wednesday, June 26, 2024, to inform the public of this proposed action. The meetings were held at the Autry Technology Center at 1201 W. Willow Road in Enid, Oklahoma and opened at 4:00 p.m. Central Time and closed at 7:00 p.m. on each evening. The meetings used an open-house format with poster stations. No formal presentation was provided.  Visitors could attend at any time during the 3-hour window on either day.  A comment table was provided for attendees to submit comments.  

All of the public scoping materials remain available for download on the Documents page of this website.  Additional public outreach will occur when the Draft EIS is released in early 2025.
