Executive Summary of the Draft EIS

File 1:  Executive Summary.  This file is approximately 3 megabytes.

Draft EIS

File 2:  Draft EIS. The Draft EIS contains the description of the Proposed Action and alternatives, affected environment, and environmental consequences.  This file is approximately 46 megabytes.

Supporting Materials for the Draft EIS

File 3:  Detailed ACAM Reports.  This file contains additional air quality analysis supporting documentation, including the detailed Air Conformity Applicability Model reports containing the air emission calculations.  This file is approximately 13 megabytes.
